Sports.

I have a vivid memory of the time my Grandfather took me to my softball game when I was about 8 years old. I had only two things to remember to bring: my glove, and my pack of Junior Mints. As we approached the field on that Sunday afternoon, I looked down to the car seat next to me and realized I had remembered my Junior Mints, and not my glove. My Grandfather was pissed. I then realized I wouldn’t have a future as an athlete because I cared more about candy than the game I was about to play. I turned out okay.

The lesson? Always choose candy. There is no future in softball.
